Ingqanga-Bateleur Group aims to establish itself as a leading innovation enterprise in South Africa, beginning with Real Estate , AI and Drone assembly operations and expanding into comprehensive aviation training services and ultimately a fully accredited aviation Centre Of Excellence. This strategic business plan outlines our phased approach to market entry and growth within South Africa’s developing aviation sector.

The company will initially focus on establishing a drone assembly plant to meet growing domestic and regional demand for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This initial phase will establish our presence in the aviation industry, generate revenue streams, and build critical relationships with aviation authorities, suppliers, and customers.

In subsequent phases, will expand its operations to become a comprehensive Aviation Training Organisation (ATO), offering specialized training in drone operations, aircraft maintenance engineering, cabin crew certification, pilot ground school, flight procedure design, and air traffic services. This expansion aligns with South Africa’s need for skilled aviation professionals and supports the country’s aviation sector growth.

The long-term vision culminates in the establishment of Centre Of Excellence , offering programs in aerospace engineering, aviation management, and specialized technical fields.
